What I ate today - the Russ & Daughters Classic bagel and lox sandwich: hand-sliced Gaspe Nova smoked salmon and hand-whipped all-natural cream cheese on a hand-rolled water-boiled everything bagel. I am pretty much kvelling over my coworkers’ slicing skills. Hard-working hands.
